February 25, 2022: Powell, TN 37849 The Heritage Mountaineers tipped the host Powell Panthers basketball team by a final score of 42-39 in Friday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Mountaineers face the Menifee County Wildcats (Frenchburg, KY) in a non-league game, on Sunday, February 27. Heritage will attempt to move on its 17-7 season record. The Wildcats enter the game with a 18-12 record after their 61-40 league loss to Rowan County (Morehead, KY).
With the defeat, Powell moves to 21-3 on the year.
