February 25, 2022: Thomaston, GA 30286 The crowd at Friday's league test between the Upson-Lee Knights (Thomaston, GA) and the visiting Peach County Trojans (Fort Valley, GA), saw Upson-Lee's soccer squad knock off Peach County by a count of 2-0.
The Knights now hold a 4-4 record. They play next when they host Jackson for a AAA Region 2 test on Tuesday, March 1. Upson-Lee will meet a Red Devils squad coming off a 10-0 league win over Sumter County (Americus, GA). The Red Devils record now stands at 8-2.
With the loss, Peach County drops to 2-5 on the season. The Trojans travel to Crawford County (Roberta, GA) to meet the Eagles in a non-league test on Thursday, March 3. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 2-1. Crawford County lost 6-0 in their recent non-league test against Upson-Lee (Thomaston, GA)
