Georgia High School Soccer - Northgate overwhelmed by McIntosh
February 25, 2022: Peachtree City, GA 30269 The crowd at Friday's league test between the McIntosh Chiefs (Peachtree City, GA) and the visiting Northgate Vikings (Newnan, GA), saw McIntosh's soccer squad triumph over Northgate by a count of 5-0.
The Chiefs now hold a 6-2 record. They play next when they host Pebblebrook for a non-league test on Tuesday, March 1. McIntosh will meet a Falcons squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Carrollton (Carrollton, GA). The Falcons record now stands at 7-0.
With the loss, Northgate drops to 4-4 on the season. The Vikings travel to Starr's Mill (Fayetteville, GA) to meet the Panthers in a AAAAA Region 2 test on Tuesday, March 1. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 2-4. Starr's Mill won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Houston County (Warner Robins, GA)
