The Port Neches-Groves Indians routed the host Anahuac Panthers softball squad by a count of 9-1 in Friday's non-league battle.

The Indians (9-0) will now prepare for their battle against Lumberton (Lumberton, TX). The Raiders go into the non-league battle with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, Lumberton was routed by Hamshire-Fannett (Hamshire, TX), 1-0, in a non-league battle.
