First Baptist Christian Warriors (Pasadena, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Frassati Catholic Falcons (Spring, TX), 7-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Warriors now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Tournament Team for a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 26. First Baptist Christian will battle a squad coming off a 8-3 non-league loss to Tahoka (Tahoka, TX). The record now stands at 0-1.

With the loss, Frassati Catholic falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Fort Bend Christian Academy (Sugar Land, TX) to battle the Eagles in a TAPPS Division II District 5 challenge on Wednesday, March 2.
