The Center Roughriders crushed the host Lovelady Lions baseball team by a count of 11-4 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Roughriders now possess a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host Pollok Central for a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 28. Center will face a Bulldogs team coming off a 4-4 non-league Shepherd (Shepherd, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-0.

Next, the Lions face the Colmesneil Bulldogs (Colmesneil, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 28. Lovelady will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Bulldogs enter the bout with a 1-0 record after their 10-0 non-league win over Centerville (Groveton, TX).
