California High School Lacrosse - Preuss UCSD drops to Rancho Buena Vista
February 25, 2023: La Jolla, CA 92093 Rancho Buena Vista Longhorns (Vista, CA) followers exited the stadium content Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the host Preuss UCSD Tritons (La Jolla, CA), 11-5 in a non-league battle.
The Longhorns now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Del Lago Academy for a non-league match on Tuesday, February 28. Rancho Buena Vista will play a Firebirds team coming off a 10-9 non-league loss to Vista (Vista, CA). The Firebirds record now stands at 0-2.
With the defeat, Preuss UCSD drops to 0-1 on the season. The Tritons travel to Vista (Vista, CA) to play the Panthers in a non-league match on Thursday, March 2. The Panthers go into the match with a record of 1-1. Vista won 10-9 in their recent non-league match against Del Lago Academy (Escondido, CA)
