Texas High School Softball - Community bounces Honey Grove
February 25, 2023: Nevada, TX 75173 Spectators at Saturday's non-league match between the Community Braves (Nevada, TX) and the visiting Honey Grove Warriors (Honey Grove, TX), witnessed Community's softball squad prevail over Honey Grove by a count of 12-2.
The Braves now sport a 10-3 record. They play next when they host Princeton for a non-league match on Tuesday, February 28. Community will meet a Panthers squad coming off a 14-6 non-league win over Bonham (Bonham, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 7-5.
With the loss, Honey Grove moves to 0-3 on the season. The Warriors host Bland (Merit, TX) to meet the Tigers in a non-league match on Tuesday, February 28. The Tigers go into the match with a record of 1-6. Bland lost 14-0 in their recent non-league match against Blue Ridge (Blue Ridge, TX)
