California High School Baseball - Calvary Chapel loses to Pioneer
February 25, 2025: Whittier, CA 90606 In Tuesday's non-league bout, the Pioneer Titans (Whittier, CA) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Calvary Chapel Grizzlies (Downey, CA), by a tally of 14-0.
Next up, the Titans encounter the Loara Saxons (Anaheim, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 27. Pioneer will attempt to upgrade on its 3-0 season record. The Saxons enter the bout with a 2-0 record after their 15-5 non-league win over St. Pius X-St. Matthias Academy (Downey, CA).
The Grizzlies (0-3) will now prepare for their bout against Whittier (Whittier, CA). The Cardinals enter the non-league bout with a 2-2 record. In their last bout, Whittier overcame Gabrielino (San Gabriel, CA), 9-3, in a non-league bout.
