February 25, 2025: Elizabeth, CO 80107 Elizabeth Cardinals (Elizabeth, CO) supporters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Jefferson Academy Jaguars (Broomfield, CO), 64-45 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Elizabeth advances its record to 10-12 on the year. The Cardinals travel to Peak to Peak (Lafayette, CO) to face the Pumas in a non-league match on Friday, February 28. The Pumas enter the match with a record of 20-2. Peak to Peak won 71-48 in their recent non-league match against Stargate School (Thornton, CO)
The Jaguars now own a 13-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Platte Canyon for a non-league match on Thursday, February 27. Jefferson Academy will face a Huskies squad coming off a 80-31 non-league loss to Bishop Machebeuf (Denver, CO). The Huskies record now stands at 8-12.
