The St. James Academy Thunder basketball squad (Lenexa, KS), was nudged 54-48 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Blue Valley North Mustangs (Overland Park, KS)

With the victory, Blue Valley North advances its record to 14-4 on the year. The Mustangs host Blue Valley Southwest (Overland Park, KS) to meet the Timberwolves in a Eastern Kansas battle on Friday, February 28. The Timberwolves enter the battle with a record of 12-7. Blue Valley Southwest won 72-33 in their recent non-league battle against Louisburg (Louisburg, KS)

The Thunder now own a 15-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Blue Valley Northwest for a Eastern Kansas battle on Friday, February 28.
