The Fairmont Golden Tornadoes (Fairmont, NC) basketball crushed the visiting Eastern Wayne Warriors (Goldsboro, NC), 77-20 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Golden Tornadoes now possess a 22-1 record. They play next when they host SouthWest Edgecombe for a non-league bout on Friday, February 28. Fairmont will play a Cougars team coming off a 59-49 non-league win over Northwood (Pittsboro, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 20-3.
