The Northwest Cabarrus Trojans basketball squad (Concord, NC), was nudged 44-40 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Rockingham County Cougars (Wentworth, NC)

With the victory, Rockingham County advances its record to 24-3 on the year. The Cougars travel to Stuart W. Cramer (Belmont, NC) to meet the Storm in a non-league battle on Friday, February 28. The Storm enter the battle with a record of 25-2. Stuart W. Cramer won 67-49 in their recent non-league battle against Enka (Enka, NC)

The Trojans now own a 20-6 record.
