Next, the Falcons meet the Hilmar Yellowjackets (Hilmar, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, February 26. Atwater will attempt to upgrade on its 4-2 season record. The Yellowjackets enter the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 19-16 non-league win over Central Valley (Ceres, CA).
The Bulldogs (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Merced (Merced, CA). The Bears enter the non-league challenge with a 4-3 record. In their last challenge, Merced was routed by Oakdale (Oakdale, CA), 21-11, in a non-league challenge.
