Louisiana High School Softball - Belle Chasse sneaks past Zachary
February 25, 2025: Belle Chasse, LA 70037 The Belle Chasse Cardinals softball team scored 8 runs and held the visiting Zachary Broncos to 7 in the Cardinals non-league win on Tuesday.
The Cardinals now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chalmette for a non-league battle on Thursday, February 27. Belle Chasse will confront a Owls team coming off a 6-4 non-league win over Pope John Paul II (Slidell, LA). The Owls record now stands at 3-1.
With the loss, Zachary moves to 3-4 on the season. The Broncos host Doyle (Livingston, LA) to confront the Tigers in a non-league battle on Wednesday, February 26. The Tigers come into the battle with a record of 3-1. Doyle won 10-7 in their recent non-league battle against Central (Baton Rouge, LA)
