Louisiana High School Softball - Kaplan bounces Rayne
February 25, 2025: Rayne, LA 70578 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Kaplan Pirates (Kaplan, LA) and the host Rayne Wolves (Rayne, LA), observed Kaplan's softball team notch a victory over Rayne by a tally of 23-0.
The Pirates (3-0) will now prepare for their bout against Iowa (Iowa, LA). The Yellowjackets go into the non-league bout with a 3-2 record. In their last bout, Iowa gained a win over Barbe (Lake Charles, LA), 15-5, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Wolves battle the Notre Dame Pioneers (Crowley, LA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 27. Rayne will attempt to advance on its 0-2 season record. The Pioneers go into the bout with a 3-0 record after their 9-2 non-league win over Church Point (Church Point, LA).
