February 26, 2022: Long Beach, CA 90813 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Long Beach Poly Jackrabbits (Long Beach, CA) and the visiting Peninsula Panthers (Rolling Hills Estates, CA), saw Long Beach Poly's volleyball squad beat Peninsula by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Long Beach Poly upgrades its record to 7-2 on the year. The Jackrabbits travel to Woodrow Wilson (Long Beach, CA) to play the Bruins in a Moore bout on Tuesday, March 1. The Bruins go into the bout with a record of 3-1. Woodrow Wilson lost 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against Los Alamitos (Los Alamitos, CA)
The Panthers now own a 3-4 record. They play next when they travel to West for a non-league bout on Tuesday, March 1. Peninsula will play a Warriors squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Banning (Wilmington, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 2-0.
