February 26, 2022: San Pedro, CA 90731 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Peninsula Panthers (Rolling Hills Estates, CA) and the host San Pedro Pirates (San Pedro, CA), saw Peninsula's volleyball squad beat San Pedro by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Peninsula upgrades its record to 3-4 on the year. The Panthers travel to West (Torrance, CA) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Tuesday, March 1. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 2-0. West won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Banning (Wilmington, CA)
The Pirates now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Marquez for a non-league bout on Wednesday, March 2. San Pedro will play a Gladiators squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over South East (South Gate, CA). The Gladiators record now stands at 3-0.
