In Saturday's non-league challenge, the Linden Lions (Linden, CA) baseball squad the host Sierra Timberwolves (Manteca, CA), by a final score of 14-11.

With the win, Linden upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Lions travel to Stagg (Stockton, CA) to battle the Delta Kings in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 1. The Delta Kings come into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Stagg won 7-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Calaveras (San Andreas, CA)
