The Lake Norman Charter Knights (Huntersville, NC) lacrosse tipped the visiting Marvin Ridge Mavericks (Waxhaw, NC), 10-9 in Monday's non-league outing.

With the win, Lake Norman Charter upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Knights host Mountain Island Charter (Mt. Holly, NC) to battle the Raptors in a Catawba Shores/Metro 8/South Piedmont outing on Wednesday, February 28. The Raptors go into the outing with a record of 0-1. Mountain Island Charter lost 17-2 in their recent league outing against Lincoln Charter (Denver, NC)

With the defeat, Marvin Ridge drops to 0-1 on the season. The Mavericks host Charlotte Latin (Charlotte, NC) to battle the Hawks in a non-league outing on Tuesday, February 27.
