California High School Volleyball - Marshall overwhelmed by Grant

February 26, 2025: Van Nuys, CA 91401

Grant Lancers (Van Nuys, CA) followers left the game satisfied Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Marshall Barristers (Los Angeles, CA), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Grant improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Lancers travel to North Hollywood (North Hollywood, CA) to encounter the Huskies in a East Valley battle on Wednesday, March 5. The Huskies go into the battle with a record of 0-1.

The Barristers now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mendez for a non-league battle on Friday, February 28. Marshall will encounter a Jaguars squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Robert F. Kennedy Community (Los Angeles, CA). The Jaguars record now stands at 2-0.
