The Glendale Nitros softball team scored 17 runs and held the visiting St. Bernard Vikings to 5 in the Nitros non-league win on Thursday.

The Nitros now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rosemead for a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 3. Glendale will confront a Panthers team coming off a 17-4 non-league loss to Firebaugh (Lynwood, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 1-1.
