The McClintock Chargers overwhelmed the visiting Kellis Cougars softball squad by a count of 17-5 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Chargers meet the Maricopa Rams (Maricopa, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, March 3. McClintock will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record. The Rams come into the battle with a 0-1 record after their 12-1 non-league loss to Sahuarita (Sahuarita, AZ).

With the loss, Kellis moves to 0-2 on the season. The Cougars host Buckeye (Buckeye, AZ) to meet the Hawks in a non-league test on Tuesday, March 3. The Hawks go into the test with a record of 0-0.
