In Thursday's non-league test, the Kerman Lions (Kerman, CA) softball team routed the visiting Torres Toros (Madera, CA), by a margin of 11-0.

The Lions now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clovis East for a non-league outing on Monday, March 2. Kerman will encounter a Timberwolves team coming off a 14-5 non-league win over Arroyo Grande (Arroyo Grande, CA). The Timberwolves record now stands at 2-1.

With the loss, Torres moves to 0-1 on the season. The Toros host Washington Union (Fresno, CA) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league test on Tuesday, March 3.
