Texas High School Baseball - Ingleside can't hold off George West
February 27, 2021: George West, TX 78022 The George West Longhorns baseball team scored 13 runs and limited the visiting Ingleside Mustangs to 12 in the Longhorns non-league victory on Saturday.
The Longhorns (1-2) will now prepare for their match against Dilley (Dilley, TX). The Wolves go into the non-league match with a 4-2 record. In their last match, Dilley was edged by Kenedy (Kenedy, TX), 14-10, in a non-league match.
The Mustangs (4-1) will now prepare for their match against Jones (Beeville, TX). The Trojans go into the 4A Region IV District 26 match with a 0-4 record. In their last match, Jones was edged by Flour Bluff (Corpus Christi, TX), 12-2, in a non-league match.
