February 27, 2023: Gilbert, AZ 85233 In Monday's non-league outing, the Deer Valley Skyhawks (Glendale, AZ) basketball squad edged the host Mesquite Wildcats (Gilbert, AZ), by a margin of 67-66.
The Skyhawks (22-7) will now prepare for their outing against Peoria (Peoria, AZ). The Panthers go into the non-league outing with a 27-4 record. In their last outing, Peoria held off Bradshaw Mountain (Prescott Valley, AZ), 67-53, in a non-league outing.
The Wildcats now own a 21-9 record.
