California High School Volleyball - Bayfront Charter over Point Loma
February 27, 2023: San Diego, CA 92106 The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Bayfront Charter Sharks (Chula Vista, CA) and the host Point Loma Pointers (San Diego, CA), saw Bayfront Charter's volleyball squad beat Point Loma by a tally of 3-1.
With the win, Bayfront Charter upgrades its record to 2-2 on the year. The Sharks travel to Mount Miguel (Spring Valley, CA) to play the Matadors in a non-league bout on Thursday, March 2. The Matadors go into the bout with a record of 1-5. Mount Miguel won 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against Gompers Prep Academy (San Diego, CA)
The Pointers now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Olympian for a non-league bout on Thursday, March 2. Point Loma will play a Eagles squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Hilltop (Chula Vista, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 2-3.
