February 27, 2023: Marietta, GA 30062 Walton Raiders (Marietta, GA) boosters exited the stadium content Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the visiting Lambert Longhorns (Suwanee, GA), 10-7 in a non-league battle.
The Raiders now own a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they host North Paulding for a 7A Area 2 battle on Thursday, March 2. Walton will clash with a Wolfpack squad coming off a 22-7 non-league win over Harrison (Kennesaw, GA). The Wolfpack record now stands at 4-0.
In their next game, the Longhorns clash with the North Gwinnett Bulldogs (Suwanee, GA) in a 7A Area 4 battle, on Wednesday, March 1. Lambert will attempt to advance on its 4-1 season record. The Bulldogs come into the battle with a 3-2 record after their 12-6 non-league win over Brookwood (Snellville, GA).
