The Wildcats now possess a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wickenburg for a non-league bout on Friday, March 1. Mayer will face a Wranglers team coming off a 18-2 non-league loss to Odyssey Institute (Buckeye, AZ). The Wranglers record now stands at 0-2.
Next, the Scorpions face the Scottsdale Preparatory Academy Spartans (Scottsdale, AZ) in a 2A Metro bout, on Thursday, February 29. Red Rock will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Spartans enter the bout with a 2-1 record after their 15-0 non-league win over Highland Prep (Surprise, AZ).
