Beaverton Beavers (Beaverton, OR) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Grants Pass Cavemen (Grants Pass, OR), 72-53 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Beaverton upgrades its record to 16-9 on the campaign. The Beavers host Westview (Portland, OR) to play the Wildcats in a 6A Metro bout on Friday, March 1.
