In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Butler Bulldogs (Matthews, NC) basketball squad edged the host Hickory Ridge Ragin' Bulls (Harrisburg, NC), by a count of 64-59.

The Bulldogs (20-8) will now prepare for their outing against Weddington (Matthews, NC). The Warriors go into the non-league outing with a 26-1 record. In their last outing, Weddington held off East Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC), 67-52, in a non-league outing.

The Ragin' Bulls now hold a 20-8 record.
