February 27, 2024: Leroy, MI 49655 The Harrison Hornets basketball team (Harrison, MI), was overwhelmed 51-25 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Pine River Area Bucks (Leroy, MI)
The Bucks now possess a 8-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Manistee for a non-league battle on Thursday, February 29. Pine River Area will battle a Chippewas team coming off a 51-42 league win over Oakridge (Muskegon, MI). The Chippewas record now stands at 9-12.
The Hornets (4-16) will now prepare for their battle against Gladwin (Gladwin, MI). The Flying G's come into the Jack Pine battle with a 12-9 record. In their last battle, Gladwin trounced Houghton Lake (Houghton Lake, MI), 52-51, in a non-league battle.
