February 27, 2024: Grosse Pointe Woods, MI 48236 In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Lutheran North Mustangs (Macomb, MI) basketball squad beat the host University Liggett Knights (Grosse Pointe Woods, MI), by a margin of 51-43.
The Mustangs (9-11) will now prepare for their outing against L'Anse Creuse (Harrison Township, MI). The Lancers go into the non-league outing with a 6-15 record. In their last outing, L'Anse Creuse defeated Center Line (Center Line, MI), 50-21, in a non-league outing.
The Knights now own a 6-12 record. They play next when they travel to Lakeview for a non-league outing on Thursday, February 29. University Liggett will clash with a Huskies squad coming off a 52-37 non-league loss to Grosse Pointe South (Grosse Pointe, MI). The Huskies record now stands at 13-13.
