February 27, 2024: Moody, AL 35004 Hewitt-Trussville Huskies (Trussville, AL) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Moody Blue Devils (Moody, AL), 4-3 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Huskies face the Spain Park Jaguars (Hoover, AL) in a 7A Area 6 challenge, on Friday, March 1. Hewitt-Trussville will attempt to better on its 2-5 season record. The Jaguars enter the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Briarwood Christian (Birmingham, AL).
The Blue Devils now have a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Chelsea for a non-league challenge on Monday, March 4. Moody will face a Hornets team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Oak Mountain (Birmingham, AL). The Hornets record now stands at 6-2.
