Ambassador Christian School Lions (Huntersville, NC) followers left the game pleased Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Mountain Island Charter Raptors (Mt. Holly, NC), 5-1 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Ambassador Christian School moves its record to 1-1 on the season. The Lions travel to Corvian Community (Charlotte, NC) to battle the Cardinals in a non-league match on Friday, February 28. The Cardinals come into the match with a record of 1-1. Corvian Community lost 11-1 in their recent non-league match against Metrolina Christian Academy (Indian Trail, NC)

The Raptors now possess a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Community School of Davidson for a Catawba Shores Athletic 1A/2A match on Tuesday, March 4.
