The Panthers now hold a 7-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Edmund for a non-league test on Friday, February 28. Brusly will play a Fighting Blue Jays team coming off a 5-4 non-league loss to Rayne (Rayne, LA). The Fighting Blue Jays record now stands at 5-3.
With the defeat, Notre Dame drops to 4-5 on the year. The Pioneers host West Feliciana (St. Francisville, LA) to play the Saints in a non-league test on Friday, February 28. The Saints go into the test with a record of 7-3. West Feliciana won 6-5 in their recent non-league test against Albany (Albany, LA)
