California High School Baseball - Garfield wallops Edgewood
February 27, 2025: Los Angeles, CA 90022 The Garfield Bulldogs (Los Angeles, CA) baseball trounced the visiting Edgewood Lions (West Covina, CA), 13-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
The Bulldogs now own a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Verdugo Hills for a non-league challenge on Monday, March 3. Garfield will clash with a Dons team coming off a 13-5 non-league loss to Village Christian (Sun Valley, CA). The Dons record now stands at 1-4.
With the defeat, Edgewood drops to 1-3 on the year. The Lions travel to Whittier Christian (La Habra, CA) to clash with the Heralds in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 4. The Heralds go into the challenge with a record of 3-2. Whittier Christian lost 6-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Trabuco Hills (Mission Viejo, CA)
