The R.J. Reynolds Demons baseball team scored 14 runs and held the host T.W. Andrews Red Raiders to 2 in the Demons non-league win on Thursday.

The Demons now own a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Western Guilford for a non-league test on Friday, February 28. R.J. Reynolds will play a Hornets team coming off a 13-3 non-league loss to Western Alamance (Elon, NC). The Hornets record now stands at 1-1.

With the defeat, T.W. Andrews drops to 0-2 on the year. The Red raiders travel to McMichael (Mayodan, NC) to play the Phoenix in a Mid-State 2A test on Monday, March 3. The Phoenix go into the test with a record of 2-0. McMichael won 19-18 in their recent non-league test against Providence Grove (Franklinville, NC)
