The Montclair Mounties basketball team scored 66 points and limited the host Union City Soaring Eagles to 34 in the Mounties non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Mounties now possess a 12-11 record. They play next when they travel to East Orange Campus for a non-league game on Monday, March 3. Montclair will confront a Jaguars team coming off a 55-49 non-league win over Bergen Tech (Hackensack, NJ). The Jaguars record now stands at 14-10.

With the loss, Union City falls to 8-14 on the campaign.
