February 27, 2025: Carlsbad, CA 92008 Carlsbad Lancers (Carlsbad, CA) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the visiting St. Augustine Saints (San Diego, CA), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Carlsbad improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Lancers host San Marcos (San Marcos, CA) to encounter the Knights in a non-league test on Tuesday, March 4. The Knights go into the test with a record of 0-0.
The Saints now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to El Cajon Valley for a non-league test on Tuesday, March 4.
