February 27, 2025: Long Beach, CA 90813 Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Long Beach Poly Jackrabbits (Long Beach, CA) and the visiting Downey Vikings (Downey, CA), observed Long Beach Poly's volleyball team top Downey by a count of 3-1.
The Jackrabbits (7-1) will now prepare for their contest against Los Alamitos (Los Alamitos, CA). The Griffins enter the non-league contest with a 10-3 record. In their last contest, Los Alamitos was knocked off by North (Torrance, CA), 2-0, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Vikings meet the Claremont Wolfpack (Claremont, CA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, March 4. Downey will attempt to move on its 3-5 season record. The Wolfpack enter the contest with a 6-4 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Sunny Hills (Fullerton, CA).
