February 27, 2025: Douglasville, GA 30134 The South Paulding Spartans (Douglasville, GA) baseball got by the visiting Lovett Lions (Atlanta, GA), 12-11 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
The Spartans now own a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they host Sandy Creek for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 1. South Paulding will clash with a Patriots team coming off a 15-7 non-league loss to Northgate (Newnan, GA). The Patriots record now stands at 0-2.
With the defeat, Lovett drops to 1-1 on the year. The Lions travel to Alpharetta (Alpharetta, GA) to clash with the Raiders in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 13. The Raiders go into the challenge with a record of 1-3.
