February 27, 2025: Gastonia, NC 28054 The East Rutherford Cavaliers soccer squad scored 3 points and held the host Ashbrook Greenwave to 0 in the Cavaliers non-league victory on Thursday.
The Cavaliers now hold a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Hendersonville for a Mountain Foothills Seven 1A/2A bout on Thursday, March 6. East Rutherford will play a Bearcats squad coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to St. Stephens (Hickory, NC). The Bearcats record now stands at 1-1.
With the loss, Ashbrook moves to 1-1 on the year. The Greenwave travel to Stuart W. Cramer (Belmont, NC) to play the Storm in a non-league bout on Tuesday, March 4.
