Alabama High School Soccer - Homewood knocks off Pell City
February 27, 2025: Pell City, AL 35125 Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the Homewood Patriots (Homewood, AL) and the host Pell City Panthers (Pell City, AL), saw Homewood's soccer squad triumph over Pell City by a count of 5-0.
The Patriots (4-0) will now prepare for their battle against Grissom (Huntsville, AL). The Tigers enter the non-league battle with a 3-1 record. In their last battle, Grissom was overwhelmed by James Clemens (Madison, AL), 2-1, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Panthers battle the Donoho Falcons (Anniston, AL) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, March 4. Pell City will attempt to upgrade on its 5-2 season record. The Falcons enter the battle with a 4-0 record after their 10-0 non-league win over Cherokee County (Centre, AL).
