In Thursday's non-league outing, the host Smoky Mountain Mustangs soccer squad scored a tight 2-1 victory over the Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy Gryphons.

The Mustangs (3-0) will now prepare for their outing against Murphy (Murphy, NC). The Bulldogs go into the non-league outing with a 0-0 record.
