February 27, 2025: Stephenville, TX 76401 The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Burleson Elks (Burleson, TX) and the host Stephenville Yellow Jackets/Honeybees (Stephenville, TX), observed Burleson's softball team get by Stephenville by a final score of 5-0.
The Elks (4-4) will now prepare for their bout against Mansfield Timberview (Arlington, TX). The Wolves go into the 5A Region I District 8 bout with a 1-2 record. In their last bout, Mansfield Timberview was routed by Joshua (Joshua, TX), 16-1, in a league bout.
