The Valley Christian Defenders softball team scored 18 runs and held the host El Rancho Dons to 4 in the Defenders non-league win on Thursday.

The Defenders now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Saint Joseph for a non-league battle on Friday, February 28. Valley Christian will confront a Jesters team coming off a 12-0 non-league win over Katella (Anaheim, CA). The Jesters record now stands at 3-1.
