February 27, 2025: Kingsville, TX 78363 In Thursday's non-league test, the Santa Gertrudis Academy Lions (Kingsville, TX) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting King Mustangs (Corpus Christi, TX), by a tally of 12-0.
Next, the Lions clash with the Tuloso-Midway Warriors & Cherokees (Corpus Christi, TX) in a non-league test, on Thursday, February 27. Santa Gertrudis Academy will attempt to advance on its 11-4 season record. The Warriors & Cherokees go into the test with a 6-4 record after their 7-2 non-league win over Manvel (Manvel, TX).
The Mustangs (3-3) will now prepare for their test against Los Fresnos (Los Fresnos, TX). The Falcons go into the non-league test with a 4-3 record. In their last test, Los Fresnos was routed by Lyford (Lyford, TX), 13-4, in a non-league test.
