February 27, 2025: San Angelo, TX 76903 Roosevelt Eagles (Lubbock, TX) supporters left the game pleased Thursday as they saw their softball squad nudge the host Lake View Chiefs (San Angelo, TX), 12-9 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Roosevelt improves its record to 1-3 on the year. The Eagles travel to Seminole (Seminole, TX) to play the Indians in a non-league game on Friday, February 28. The Indians enter the game with a record of 9-4. Seminole won 17-2 in their recent non-league game against Presidio (Presidio, TX)
The Chiefs now hold a 7-6 record. They play next when they host Midland for a non-league game on Friday, February 28. Lake View will play a Bulldogs squad coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Greenwood (Midland, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 11-2.
