The Gorman Panthers triumphed over the host Blum Bobcats softball team by a margin of 21-11 in Friday's non-league battle.

The Panthers now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Texas Leadership Charter Academy - Abilene for a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 3. Gorman will confront a Eagles team coming off a 21-2 non-league loss to Cross Plains (Cross Plains, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 2-4.
